Hello Kevin It's now time to add my feedback for the brilliant work your guys did for me. sometime ago I decided that my next car must have tinted windows to assist me with my lunch time meditation sessions. I couldn't always rely to go to the park. I enquired from Sonning Common Garage for the best place to have the Vauxhall Zafira windows tinted when I bought the new car. They did not hesitate but recommended your company. The courteous reception I received plus good communication skills from Kevin, the guys and even the final call to pick the car up proved the caring nature of the company. Many thanks for the fine lamination done on my BMW X5. The reduced risk of intrusion when driving or parking all over Europe is substantial, especially the mental positive effect of knowing we are secure inside the car with closed windows. Pentagon Glass Tech also did my windows on my previous X5 in January 2005. During the years I have twice been attacked by people with hard arms. One of these was with a car-jack following a dispute over a parking place; but as our windows were closed I could negotiate by talking through the open roof and get away unharmed. In the other case we just drove off fast while the aggressor hit the windows and side of the car. Further positive, I got a price premium when selling/trading in the car for a new X5 because of the security on the car i.e. the original investment cost was mitigated.

I write to thank you for the excellent service you provided in tinting the side and rear windows of our 'Picnic'. I did worry about being a 'private' as opposed to a 'company' customer. The day I walked into your reception office with a general enquiry as to what would be involved, I realised that you are a very caring and professional outfit. Sue gave me all the information I needed regarding choice of tints and a quotation, including 'Tesco' discount. A fitting date was fixed a few days hence to fit in with my work schedule. On the day, you explained in great detail what would be involved and ran through again my choice of tints, being prepared at this late stage to change the specification. After your explanations, I stuck with the 'limousine' on the sides and 'midnight' to the rear screen. The following day I collected the car. Wow! what a great job. You rechecked the finish and decided it was fine. You suggested I might return it after a couple of weeks to check it again. I didn't do so as it seemed perfectly OK. I'm most impressed with your company in general and the 'Reading Branch' in particular. The finished job looks great and I'm constantly being asked for details. I am pleased to recommend you on each occasion. Thank you all.

I have had Pentagon Supaglass fitted on the last 3 cars I have purchased. I was very impressed with the service and have had a number of comments from people saying how good the car looks with the tinted windows. Unfortunately, last year I had a window smashed and when Pentagon Reading were contacted they had full records of the tint and were not only sympathetic but were very helpful and efficient. I was the first customer of William Jacks in Sunningdale, who are main BMW agents, to use Pentagon and they were so impressed with the service I received they have used Pentagon since.

I had my Freelander fitted with Pentagon supaglass and have found it to be invaluable. When parked in a local school car park, a vehicle was stolen and several had their windows broken in an attempt to steal them. My wife's handbag was on the front seat and they had obviously had a good go at the vehicle as the driver and passenger windows were shattered, however, Supaglass held them in place. Thankfully both my vehicle and its contents were safe, without supaglass it could have been my vehicle stolen that night. I would highly recommend Pentagon Reading particularly for the Supaglass safety aspect for your vehicle; I had my wife's Nissan X-Trail fitted after the incident with my Freelander and the service was friendly, professional and efficient and the product is excellent.

Dear Susan and the rest of the team, I just thought I would drop you a quick email to say thank you for the fantastic advice and professional job that Pentagon Reading completed recently on my BMW M3 Coupe. From the first contact I made to the end result was excellent, the care taken with my car, the advice given and demonstration of Supaglass. It's been a long time since I came across a company that was so willing to spend time answering all my questions and spending time explaining how the process was done as well as what would be the best set-up for my car.
